Program manager for the global Background Investigations group at State Street. In this role, responsible for the daily operation of the Background Investigations program that includes candidate vetting and enforcement of State Street's onboarding and employment eligibility requirements globally.

Partner with members of Global Human Resources, Corporate Legal and Corporate Audit to conduct internal investigations into employee misconduct, breaches of law, and violations of State Street’s Standard of Conduct. Utilize tools such as EnCase and Clearwell to help uncover and compile material evidence. Gather intelligence specific to State Street entities, personnel and/or facilities through the use of web-based data gathering applications, including Vericept and IDS/Firewall applications, as well as through the monitoring of State Street-related Internet message boards and/or chat rooms, and present findings to top company executives.Present investigative findings to executive-level representatives of Corporate Legal, Corporate Audit, Global Human Resources and Global Security and subsequently conduct employee interviews to help enforce company standards of professional conduct. Take lead in the development of comprehensive reporting program, protocols and standards that assist other group members with preparing investigative reports for distribution to top company executives. In conjunction with representatives from Corporate Audit, Corporate Information Security, and Corporate Legal, create comprehensive procedures for all functions performed by State Street Global Investigations Knowledge of the following: Clearwell, EnCase, FTK, Trustwave and RSA Archer.

Conducted benchmarking research for Vice President of North American Security regarding plans for bomb-threat response, threat preparedness, employee-safety concerns and business recovery procedures.Responsible for maintaining and updating Corporate Security’s Business Continuity Plan by conducting research, updating department-wide continuity procedures, and testing plan against Corporate Continuity’s regulations and standards.Analyzed, maintained and amended corporate-wide emergency fire evacuation plans, including consultations with Human Resources and Corporate Legal, to develop a safe and effective evacuation plan for all employees.Managed the State Street Business Travel Safety Program by conducting Internet research and cross-referencing travelers’ destinations against Corporate-wide list of prohibited countries, then presenting findings to Senior Vice President and Director of State Street Global
