Design, build and initiate this innovative cutting edge Integrative Cancer Care Clinic in a five-star wellness facility for patients and carers. Combing the newest and best technology with Integrative Medicine (Allopathic & Naturopathic) along with a quality Spa/Wellness experience situated in a 4.5 star hotel. My role has been to lead the design team and develop the conceptual expression to the facility reality. Ensuring that the best oncology technology and highest quality medicinal ranges have been sourced, installed and are functioning correctly with fully trained staff. The build & design reflects a village feel and the natural concept and all low toxicity building products were used throughout.

• A Naturopathic practise in Western Australia based around personalised herbal, naturopathic and lifestyle treatments.• Managed a multidisciplinary staff including Herbalists, Naturopaths, Podiatrist, Bodyworkers, Masseurs, Psychologist, Counsellors, Beauty Therapists and Reception Staff.• Worked closely with two MDs• Researched and developed many successful in-house herbal products.• Developed Ortho-Dynamics Bodywork System, a trigger point based system to release pain and realign the spine without manipulation.• Conducted Ortho-Dynamics Workshops, training other naturopaths and massage therapists around Australia and the USA.• Business required constant marketing and development.• Managed and trained staff in “patient centred attitudes”, record keeping, dispensary stock control, ordering systems as well as sales training for services, products and seminars.• Published in magazines in Australia and the USA. Regularly interviewed by local media on Complementary Medicine.
