What impressed us the most during the process, was his amazing talent for putting people at ease, even those who were very nervous about appearing on-camera. He handled each session like an interview and coached people on how to best respond (not content-wise, just style-wise) to nail every point that we wanted to get across. He is a real pro at getting people to open up on-camera, and is just generally a lovely person to work with: laid-back, but with the extreme attention to detail that you need when producing 8 small videos in a relatively short amount of time. We were also very pleased with the response time for editing and reworking video footage, especially given the turnaround time we were working with. All-in-all, it was a great experience to work with him and the crew that Reflection Films put together."
