Geoff Bloss was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of BCM One in January 2019 after serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer respectively for six years. Bloss is responsible for running all facets of the business and serves on the Board of Directors for BCM One.Drawn to BCM One by the company’s tight-knit culture and entrepreneurial atmosphere, Bloss spent his career previously in corporate leadership and telecom consulting positions. He previously was a senior IT leader for FlightSafety International, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, where he led a technology organization that modernized the company’s technology footprint while supporting 50 training locations and more than 5,000 teammates worldwide. Steady progression of responsibility starting with Director Application Development through to current role responsible for Application Development, Network Engineering, Network Operations, Data Center Operations, Desktop Management and Information Security. Major engagements focused on supporting the Call Management infrastructure (CTI, IVR/VRU, Self-Service & ACDs) for largest telecommunications provider in the United States. Developed a diverse background including program management, financial management, application design, development, testing and operational support.

Responsible for working with internal and client executives to develop, manage and execute proposals for services. Grew from a junior software developer to a senior staff member responsible for the delivery of projects in excess of $10 million.
