I design participatory group processes in support of conversations with purpose and direction. I hold space for leaders to notice more, to question established patterns of thinking and get a better handle on complexity. As a facilitator, I am known for my capacity to sense and then respond quickly to the emergent needs and dynamics of groups. Over the past 10 years, I have supported many organisations to integrate co-design into engagement and service delivery design processes. Much of this engagement work has involved people who have lived experience of the issues and system transformation challenges at hand.I enjoy working at many scales – with leaders, their teams, organisations and communities. I help leaders to wrestle with intractable problems and make progress by supporting them to think, act and engage differently with their communities and stakeholders.I have collaborated with a diverse range of clients within Australia and internationally across sectors including sustainability, indigenous housing, natural resource management, public health, physical theatre and education. I work with colleagues from across the globe and have contributed to work in the USA, Europe, Canada, the UK and New Zealand. I began working life as an Occupational Therapist and worked for over 10 years in neurological rehabilitation and injury prevention.I live on Victoria's surf coast and take pleasure in my garden, surfing and witnessing my boys grow into young men.
