From carpentry, equipment operator, excavation, soil morphology to septic design engineering as a manager and owner I have grasped the idea that if the student hasn’t learned, the teacher hasn’t taught. Having worked with an apprentice on to owning my businesses for nearly two decades one of my strengths lies in being able to do all aspects of a business. From this experience I have evolved into a versatile professional who can instruct individuals. Through the years I have learned to lead in such a way to prevent problems.
