Paladin Geological Services and it's subsidiary company Genesis Geochem Lab, provide advanced mudlogging, geochemistry and geosteering services. Many of the company's geochemical techniques and methodologies are unique to Paladin such as, applications for tight oil analysis, water index determination, and sweet spot prediction. Paladin/Genesis provide both onsite and lab-based services for realtime and post-well/re-evaluation projects.

Illustrated paths to service combinations, personnel hiring needs and career advancements, and entry into new markets at the global level. • Created and updated marketing material, trade show animations and displays, web-pages, and webinars, improving visibility online and increasing company presence.• Designed strategies to integrate mud-logging services with other product lines taking advantage of the synergies, providing extended service packages while reducing personnel costs through cross-training and equipment consolidation.• Collaborated with geoscience and completions groups, overseeing integration of surface data into the unconventional fracture design product (FracFit™). Clients obtained cost-effective formation evaluation service able to give the answers necessary for improved reservoir knowledge.• Instigated design of remote drilling advisory service (SIGNALS™), bringing together KPI analysis with wellbore management processes, reducing invisible lost time and non-productive time for clients.

This role eventually expanded with global responsibility. Fields of expertize as an instructor and course developer included oil-field familiarization, geologic sampling, formation gas sampling and advanced gas analysis techniques, drilling engineering and trend evaluation, pore pressure prediction, data quality control and new technologies.• Created and redesigned course material for all relevant classes as methods of instruction and delivery training changed and progressed - facilitating better global standardization of instruction.• Created simpler class structures, less classroom time, more hands-on focus and shorter time to competence - leading to higher quality of service.• Scheduled training globally, balancing the need to keep the classes economically viable for the training department, while recognizing the need to train small groups of field-engineers as operations demanded.• Travelled extensively to assist and cover global needs and provide necessary, cost-effective training.
