➤ Currently providing freelance advice to companies undertaking MOD single source contracts.➤ An experienced procurement, commercial and regulatory adviser having extensive experience of Government contracting and having been involved in a range of public and private sector transaction related projects.➤ Particular expertise in MOD single source procurement having: managed the Review Board for Government Contracts (Yellow Book) for more than 20 years; advised many MOD project teams (two such assignments lasted over two years each); and advised a number of individual defence contractors.➤ Extensive experience of providing Board level support and advice and of consulting senior stakeholders.➤ A background in mergers & acquisitions and business valuations, adding to the range of commercial expertise.➤ Extensive experience of the commercial structuring of contracts, projects and deals in the defence, transport and nuclear sectors.
