I provide performance improvement education and coaching for SME business. Past programmes include:Cost reduction, budgeting, data analysis, investment appraisal, decision making skills and financial business partnering

Working with medium and larger companies to help develop their finance business partners (FBP). Developed a general FBP programme and specific applications including cost reduction methods, how to zero-base budget, problem solving, project management and how to analyse and work with data.Have developed a performance management programme to help businesses understand their key drivers (or critical success factors), link those to key performance indicators and reward consistently. This programme recognises the importance of understanding the business and its customers, personal responsibility, accountability (and nonetheless teamwork) in delivering success.

I teach a variety of papers including mathematics, financial management, management accounting, performance management and case study.

Exciting role helping the ACCA develop the ACCA PM syllabus and launch the new performance management angle being taken at the time. Designed and wrote for 5 years worth of exams, with questions, answers and marking guides. Recruited and managed an extensive team of markers and managed the entire marking process.
