The built environment is something that people are engaged with every day. In a fast-paced world, we take many things for granted. By designing critical care and mission-critical facilities, I want to make an impact that many people will not see. The smile on a child's face as they leave an oncology department of a hospital is overwhelming. Understanding that the built environment around that child was critical to their recovery. In a catastrophic event, the first responders will have mission-critical backup facilities to allow them to do their job and help others. This is why I love what I do and want to keep doing it daily.I am a partner at VERVE Design Studio. I hold an NCARB certification and am registered as an Architect in 21 states. As an AIA member, I serve my profession and community as a Board Member of AIA Missouri and the 2019 board president.Specialties: Commercial Architecture specializing in both ground-up and interior renovations. Projects range from healthcare, data center design, office space tenant finish, and themed entertainment.
