Davey Management Services pioneered personal financial planning in Australia. Geoff started as a sole trader and finished as Senior Partner and Head of Research & Development.DMS was spectacularly successful. Gross income grew at 43% per annum compound, from $17k to $12m. All growth was organic. When Geoff retired there were six partners and 100 staff, in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. DMS provided a comprehensive range of integrated advisory services: general advice, financial planning, investing (shares, managed investments, real estate, property development, primary production, movies, venture capital, etc.), accounting, taxation, loans, retirement savings, insurance, legal structure, practice management, divorce, wills, etc.
