CurrentUpon assuming the marketing leadership role, have moved MainConcept to a more customer-focused messaging framework, keeping our core customer at the heart of everything we do. This has included a new brand, new voice, and new way of approaching all outbound and inbound programs. While the change is still in progress, positive results can be seen from the positive engagements, new and returning clients, and increased industry attention.Product is a key component, and marketing has become a voice for the present and future line-up. This has been accomplished via several programs, including instituting a product council to consult on product decisions, launching a beta program to include the voice of the industry, and reducing the complexity of messaging.Being a part of Endeavor affords MainConcept a unique position in the industry, as we are able to draw upon experts across multiple disciplines, as well as tap global brands in support of our programs.
