The main responsibilities were to engage customer in pilot phase to meet their mobility requirements, design and build wireles infrastructure, design support model, install infrastructure and comission services and solution. This role also identified within the horse racing industry the need for a mobile solution to cover own network and service provider network capabilities. Utilising a Sona product; we introduced a service that benefitted two of the countries biggest horse wagering companies, that would increse thier userbase and uptake by 200%.

The position also was the reporting head for all (Global) Service & Support engineers. It was decisive in helping decide which business partner to choose for large corporate propositions/contracts; by providing the best of breed solutions and code. It also identified, by default, which ISV's were best to business partner owing to the quality of thier products.
