As a member of Terracon's business development team, I am responsible for seeking out and cultivating opportunities to work with both new and existing clients throughout western Canada, on projects ranging from major infrastructure, to residential/commercial development, to remote mining projects.In all of my working experience, I have consistently sought opportunities to gain new skills and further develop my project and time management abilities, as well as learn from the experiences of my colleagues and mentors. I enjoy working within multidisciplinary team environments, where many backgrounds and points of view are allowed to converge to solve problems in new and unique ways. I am skilled at working with all internal and external stakeholders on a project, always seeking areas to improve upon and suggesting potential solutions for the continuous improvement of both my employer's and their client's processes.
