Geoff is Vice President Customer Success at Agilysys, a leader in hospitality software. In this role, Geoff helps Agilysys customers maximize their investment in Agilysys software solutions, and develops Agilysys internal capabilities to exceed our growing and ever evolving customer expectations. Geoff joined Agilisys through their acquisition of Book4Time in August 2024. Geoff held the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Book4Time, a SaaS leader in the spa and wellness vertical, where he led all customer facing post sales teams including new customer onboarding, customer and technical support, and customer success management. Prior to Book4Time, Geoff led Customer Success for Versapay, a Toronto based Payments FinTech, which was acquired by private equity leader Great Hill Partners in 2020. Geoff also has extensive experience within high growth B2B SaaS while at scale ups Dealer-FX (acquired by Snap-On) and Points (acquired by PlusGrade). Geoff earned a Bachelor of Business Economics degree from Brock University. He is actively involved in his community through via youth sports and volunteering on the board of several local sports organizations.
