Connect First (which was acquired by RingCentral NYSE: RNG), for example, delivered a feature rich cloud-based contact center solution which was utilized by tens of thousands of users across the globe to handle hundreds of millions of customer interactions yearly. My latest venture, Moxie, provides a suite of productivity tools specifically designed for freelancers, independent creators, and solopreneurs. The problems solved at Connect First and Moxie are very different, but the focus on user first, scalable, fault tolerant, secure technology is the foundation that both organizations were built upon.Throughout the years, I have developed a reputation for optimizing strategy for efficiency and high-performance outputs. I am skilled at identifying strategic opportunities and building teams to effectively execute toward meaningful goals.Whether I am in a business leadership or consultative role, I am passionate about building high-performance teams, inspiring them to push beyond their limits and perform at levels not thought possible.
