Geoff is a seasoned litigator with experience independently managing multiple case files and trying both civil and criminal cases in the Courts of Pennsylvania and New York. He was the lead/sole attorney for approximately 150 cases tried to jury verdicts. Active law licenses are maintained in Pennsylvania and New York.Geoff currently works as Trial Counsel at the Law Office of Richard Steiger, Allstate’s in-house law office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He defends Allstate’s insureds in personal injury lawsuits throughout the Courts of eastern Pennsylvania. He previously defended similar cases at Forry Ullman and Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg. Most of his cases involved injury claims stemming from automobile accidents. He worked on the special investigations and fraud team where he defended clients who were sued under suspicious, or even fraudulent, circumstances. This was a good transition to civil law after serving as a prosecutor handling all types of criminal cases in the courts of Chemung County, NY and Bucks County, PA. He has also defended multiple corporate clients in complex civil litigation in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
