Risk Systems Manager
CurrentAnalyze existing processes and identify dependencies and potential break points, and recommend and implement improved technical solutions.Optimize internal Firm systems and processes for functionality and collaboration across Risk, Financial and other info systems to maintain integrity of data and workflows.Drive operational improvements to Risk structure and scale.Evolve and maintain the Firm's Risk Management and Knowledge systems, incl. Risk Systems design and platform migrationsAdvise Chief Risk Officer on selection and adoption of new technologies to improve NBI, Conflicts, Recruiting, Marketing and other Firm administrative functions.Project Manager collaborating with vendors and other Firm departments for various software upgrades & process improvements.Understand all aspects of the Firm’s Information Governance Policy and be able to articulate relative obligations to Firm stakeholders, to ensure compliance with Firm’s ethical and regulatory requirements.Ensure Risk team members, and all Firm employees, are trained and kept up-to-date on Risk systems, protocols, and processesManage daily Risk Management operations, directing team of 28;
