I have been a photographer since graduating from Technikon Natal in 2002 with a National Diploma in Photography. Employed at the Photo world group from 2001 as salesman and store manager, part time, while studying and carried on with the company until 2004. I worked as Principal photographer for the Gardener/Die Tuiner Magazine (a nationally distributed publication with over 60 000 copies printed monthly) from 2004 until 2018. I was responsible for the stock library, photoshoots, pack shots, advertising campaigns, covers and creation of content for the editorial team. I also oversaw the printing of the final proofs from the printer for many years.I had the honor of photographing and covering the Chelsea Flower show in the UK from 2009-2016 annually which was published in the magazine.On set I was the stills photographer for the Homechannel TV show “The Gardener” which celebrated over 15 seasons. For a year I had the role as Director and Filmer for a Builders Warehouse series on DIY which we filmed and created on set for many series which were broadcast on YouTube and social media. I have photographed numerous family photoshoots, weddings and special events since 2004 During this time I covered many corporate events and looked after some great clients. As a member of OD Media I have covered studio photoshoots and product photography, Interiors of homes and many corporate launch functions. I have travelled 2019-2020 to Australia and the USA to cover international conferences. We have been covering live events, concerts and functions at the ICC Durban and work with many businesses in Durban. We have covered many weekends of weddings both photographically and produced videos. Experienced Photographer with a demonstrated history of working in the photography industry.
