Key role purpose is to coordinate the initial start-up and commissioning of new wells and pipelines for multiple fields and green field sitesACHIEVEMENTS:Developed specialised skills in coordinating handovers for well start-up. This involved partnering with the work-over site supervisor to lower the sucker rod string, land the pump, confirm well site readiness and coordinating well site commissioning and handovers. These activities contributed to sustaining well production.Negotiated with Project Gathering Supervisors to advance the handover of new wells and pipelines, through to production. It involved follow-up on outstanding works, confirming compliance and sign off for completion.
