In this role I performed time-studies of modular home construction processes in service of Lean Manufacturing goals.

In this role I managed a team of approximately twenty data entry operators to ensure accurate and timely deliveries for a variety of clients. I participated in the planning of new projects and ensured accurate billing for completed work. Responsibilities included monitoring workflow and performance, liaising with client contacts and responding to technical emergencies.

In this role I assisted with the planning and production of the Vancouver Early Music Festival in 2001 and 2002. I performed a variety of administrative tasks, as required, including correspondence with volunteers and participants, as well as maintaining an on-site presence during several weeks of workshops and concerts.

In this role I sold office furniture from a downtown retail location.
