About Geoffrey Howe

To All,I believe in balanced lifestyle. More specifically, My career is on one side of the scale and family, hobbies, friends and, of course, "stuff" are on the other.I love engineering. I love taking an idea from "I know how we can make more money..." straight through to "I have a design review package for release with test data reports you will be pleased with." Always nice when Marketing chimes in with "I have five meetings set up next week and you are presenting!" I am very independent by nature but have, over the past decade, come to love being part of and leading a small focused team. My focus is in electrical design with embedded control. Closely followed by mechanical/physical/environmental design challenges. Optics is icing on the cake that brings its all together. In short, I will never retire. I am not looking for greener fields. I like a good, solid design challenge...especially if someone else in making money and I can beat them.
