❖ Support the Senior Vice President by providing performance analysis, annual budget reviews, and P&L forecasting for 40 full Service Hotels.❖ Regularly review hotel results and build strategic plans to improve performance. ❖ Built adhoc profitability models and made recommendations which drove property results.

❖ Contributed to company profitability as lead analyst and team member during 8 internal consulting hotel visits which led to an additional $16M in annual profit.❖ Implemented improved franchise fee process for over 270 properties, and maintain relationships with franchise owners to ensure accurate reporting.

❖ Managed project and staffing budget of $26M for global operations with resources in India, Northern Ireland and across the United States.❖ Created and introduced a new onboarding process and training materials for the Operations Department.

❖ Consistently worked extended hours to meet project deadlines, which saved the company over $25k in external consulting fees.❖ Recognized flaw in payment tracking process while preforming financial due diligence for domestic private equity portfolio. This flaw was addressed, which led to greater accuracy of impairment calculations, and better informed portfolio manager strategic decisions.
