I am a licensed real estate agent working in the new home building industry. I have worked in this industry for over 30 years. My job is to work with clients and their budget to help turn their dreams into a beautiful new finished home. With Beechwood Homes we are happy to work with clients to get the plan right for their individual needs and wants. I work with clients from their first tender request until plans are out of council. This means that they only have one person to deal with in this time frame. After council approval they go to our Nowra head office to choose colours from our wide range of modern and fresh colours. They then sign contacts and once finance is finalised the home is sent to the site. Once the house goes to site we assign them a client service officer from head office so they can call with any questions. Plus there are two site mangers during construction. First is the concrete supervisor who looks after getting the block cut, piers under slab completed and the main house slab. At this stage we are happy for the customer to meet the site manger on site when their piers are been poured to check that the lineal metreage is correct. Then the second supervisor takes over with the completion of the customer's new home. The customer can meet him on site by appointment. After the home is completed we come back after three months to check if there are any outstanding maintenance issues. Beechwood Homes is in the process of putting a new system in place which will allow customers 24 hours a day online access to view the progress of their new home.
