I founded the company Threshold NeuoDiagnostics as a teaching platform to improve the field of neurophysiology via consulting. I later discovered that a connector cable was the key to expanding neurophysiology in ways that could not be anticipated. Having recognized the importance of this connector cable, I took this idea from concept to market. The Medusa Electrode is now being used at top institutions and companies for unbelievable applications. Neuroprosthetics, Stroke Recovery, Computer Brain Interface, Neuromodulation Respiration, Pharmaceutical Advancement, and Neural Connectome Discovery are just a few of the current projects that The Medusa Electrode and Threshold NeuroDiagnostics are involved with.

Department of Intraoperative Neurophysiology- I had the honor of serving and protecting patients, teaching medical professionals, and conducting research at a level one trauma teaching hospital for more than 16 years. I took a department that conducted a couple of cases a month to a world-class leader in the field of intraoperative neurophysiology that conducts nearly one hundred advanced cases monthly. I accumulated more than 30,000 hours of first-hand operating room time and over 50,000 hours of supervisory experience in deploying a wide range of neurophysiological techniques. My experience includes single surgery epilepsy, intramedullary spinal mapping, awake craniotomy mapping, brain stem mapping, cortical-to-cortical mapping, and deep brain evoked potential mapping. Extraoperative research includes NF1, ALS, MS, Dynamic Spinal Myelopathy, "Pump head syndrome," and preventing vasospasm in subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Intraoperative Monitoring- Trained at one of the leading neuromonitoring companies that held the highest standards of training in the industry.
