Responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of National Funding’s digital transformation as the company, a top-10 U.S. small business alternative lending company, grew 150% to originations of $600M and revenue of $150M. Responsible for establishing and leading the agile software engineering and IT teams architecting and implementing National Funding’s highly-available web applications and new proprietary micro services lending platform, as well as adopting and expanding usage of leading enterprise cloud platforms including SalesForce, Five9, AWS, Marketo, Twilio. Key outcomes included:- Created an agile software engineering organization including recruiting and hiring, employee development, and establishing all software processes and tools- Led the architecture, design, and implementation of National Funding’s cloud-based highly-available micro services lending platform, enabling the agile application of business logic and data science throughout the customer engagement lifecycle- Created a cloud-based devops architecture providing continuous integration and deployment enabling efficient, rapid, and reliable deployment of code to customer at scale.- Led the re-platforming and deployment of multiple product, marketing, and contact center technologies including Marketo, Five9, SalesForce, and Twilio.
