GoLD Publishing Service exists to serve authors and publishers by providing consulting services and the development of key partnerships, utilizing more than 25 years of experience in the publishing industry.

Direction and accountability for Campus Technology (IT), Operations, Facilities, Finance and HRfunctions. Serving the needs of the student population through the creation, implementation, andmanagement of the annual budget, HR decisions, management of Seminary properties, anddigital technology.• Exceeded annual budget by 4.8%, for a total of more than $43 million in annual revenue.• Provided oversight for the $20 million renovation of student dorms and facilities.• Provided oversight for the creation of the Albert Mohler mobile application (iOS).

Responsible for the strategy and execution ofour digital initiatives. 30 direct and indirect reports. • Doubled annual sales revenue from $12 to $25 million, through product innovation, refocusing of sales initiatives on the top 20% of our customers, strengthening the infrastructure, and the addition of key personnel. • Launched ESV Study Bible (2008), becoming the ECPA Christian Book of the Year (2009). • Launched ESVBible.org website, mobile apps (iOS and Android) and eBook. • Responsible for the representation of Crossway at more than 100 annual conferences. • Created and implemented foreign sales strategy with key distribution channels and ministry partners around the world. • Developed Crossway Impact, a B2C marketing and sales initiative.

Responsible for the creation and design of all books, Bibles, tract, and marketing materials. • Responsible for the oversight of approximately 27 directly or indirectly reporting personnel, including hiring, firing, reviews, and employee development. • Digitized the Bible typesetting and proofreading process, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings. • Created a proprietary content management system (CMS) to manage the creation and production of books and tracts. • Created a digital means to handle all book reprints. • Acquisition of book and Bible print, paper, and bindery • Managed inventory levels for all product lines.

Wrote, designed, published and distributed more than 20 million pieces of religious literatureannually. 5 direct reports. • Member of the leadership team that launched ESV Bible translation in 2001. • Used digital technology to expedite Bible translation work, cutting translation time to an unprecedented three-year time frame. • Participated in the distribution and establishment of the ESV as a top-three Bible translation (2013). • Guided the use of desktop publishing, email, and digital communication. • Responsible for the launch of our first B2C websites in 2001.
