This role involved management of the decommissioning and refurbishment of 12 x Red Sea Housing accommodation buildings, comprising of the: disassembly of buildings of up to 80 beds; organisation and supervision of the transportation of building modules to the new work site; conducting civil works prior to the re-assembly of the accommodation building; supervising building fit-outs; the electrical rewiring of building, updating of plumbing systems; installation of new roofing plus manufacture; installation of a new balcony structure for all buildings; and ensuring complete adherence to Australian standards.

The project included site preparations using earthmoving equipment; installation of underground services and drainage culverts; the installation of concrete form works, cements pores and finishing works; and overseeing the construction of on-site warehouses.
