Geoffrey Graham Development is the vehicle through which I invest in and develop real estate and software, provide advisory support to founders and CEOs, and serve as fractional CXO to a limited number of growth-oriented companies (generally in vertical SaaS).

Part-owner of The I'On Company, developer of I'On, a nationally-acclaimed, walkable, mixed-use neighborhood in Mount Pleasant, SC.

During the first five years of I'On's development, I managed all construction in the community. That included five phases of land plan refinement, engineering, permitting, site work, and the development of the I'On Club (the neighborhood's swim & tennis club) and the Creek Club at I'On.Additionally, I designed several of the notable structures in the community: the dock pavilion, the boat house, the first postal pavilion, and my own home (which was featured as Coastal Living Magazine's "Idea House" in 1999).I was instrumental in developing I'On's original design guidelines and review process, and served on the plan review committee for the community's first few years. I also recruited the builders that would form the neighborhood's building team (The I'On Guild) and created the guidelines governing ongoing participation. As far as I know, this was the first "Builders Guild" in community development.While guiding the development of our built environment was my primary responsibility, I was heavily involved in sales, and worked with our marketing team, homeowners, and prospective purchasers on a daily basis.

In 2002, building on my experience in the residential construction industry, I founded GuildQuality to elevate the stature of the building industry to a level commensurate with its importance. Today, the most accomplished building, remodeling, home improvement, and home services companies in North America rely on GuildQuality's customer satisfaction surveying and performance reporting to help them monitor and improve the quality of their work and get the recognition they deserve for their commitment to service excellence.After 15 years of capital-efficient growth, a focus on company culture that consistently earned the business top rankings among Atlanta’s best places to work, and the development of exemplary brand within the residential building and remodeling industry, we sold GuildQuality to EverCommerce in August 2017. I stayed on as Co-President, helping to lead both GuildQuality and Best Pick Reports (acquired by EverCommerce in February 2018). In early 2019, after helping to recruit and onboard a new president, I left GuildQuality to direct my attention to new ventures.

Oversaw land development, launched marketing, and managed design and construction of the first several homes in a 50 homesite, 11 acre infill neighborhood in Beaufort, SC.
