Geoff received his JD from the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 2002. He was a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal and a finalist in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition where he received recognition as a top competitor for his advocacy skills. Published Cases:Witmat Development Corp. and Lorelei Airhart v. Randall Dickison, individually and as personal representative of the estate of Gregory Scott Dickison 11A04-0803-CV-163 Civil. Reverses trial court denial of Witmat's motion for summary judgment in Dickison's complaint the company negligently failed to warn of a water-filled strip pit adjacent to a public highway on its property. Witmat owed no duty to Gregory because his blood alcohol was between 0.172 and 0.204 at the time of his death, and he was not traveling the roadway with reasonable care.
