Responsible for fiscally-responsible management of all jobs, and review of financial viability of all projects.

Director of operations for the Food & Nutrition division within large faith-based social service non-profit organization. Main objectives were to oversee the mechanisms by which we fed over 2,000 people daily within the budget restraints, act as chief liaison to funding partners, community partners, staff and volunteers, and grow new business development opportunities. Other obligations include; draft and negotiate contracts with state and local officials, community partners, and organizations, manage program managers and recruiting of over 2,300 volunteers throughout western PA.

Responsible for full design services, CAD drawings, estimating, sales, scheduling and project management for pre-manufactured and custom millwork for a host of clientele including the general public, builders and developers, and the A&D community. Also responsible for building and establishing vendor relationships, developing and implementing project management tools, exploring and implementing cost-control measures and standards, developing bookkeeping and data collection tools, and fiscal monitoring means. Chief among responsibilities was to lead and develop sales and design staff to maximize profits and increase revenue.
