At Underline, he played pivotal roles in overseeing the growth of the company from a startup of 5 to nearly 100 within 18 months, and in positioning the company for acquisition.Post-acquisition, after taking the better part of a year off to travel around the world, and seeking a new challenge, Geoffrey switched gears in 2002, deciding to devote himself exclusively to programming. He never looked back.As a member of the Nike+ web development team, Geoffrey helped build one of the most transformative and disruptive online experiences to date in the running category. The game-changing Nike+ site earned the team a host of awards, and reinforced Nike's position as undisputed category leader.
