Over the past several years, Geoff has been involved in benchmark satisfaction and needs studies for over 50 associations, most of which have been used to drive the organization’s strategic plan. In addition to satisfaction and needs studies, Geoff is also experience in conducting a wide range of studies including industry/sector studies to provide a “state of the union”, benchmarking such as compensation, operations or policies and procedures and consumer/end-user segmentation and behaviour studies.
