Geoff is a market research professional with over 20 years’ experience conducting market research, the last 12 of which have been focused on research designed specifically to meet the needs of associations and the members they serve. Having worked on over two hundred research projects for organizations of all kinds, he is respected among his peers and clients for delivering quality research solutions that drive decision-making. He is also experienced in strategic and business planning. Over the past several years, Geoff has been involved in benchmark satisfaction and needs studies for over 50 associations, most of which have been used to drive the organization’s strategic plan. In addition to satisfaction and needs studies, Geoff is also experience in conducting a wide range of studies including industry/sector studies to provide a “state of the union”, benchmarking such as compensation, operations or policies and procedures and consumer/end-user segmentation and behaviour studies. He has also led over a dozen best practices projects to help associations with key issues such as membership and dues models, governance structure and practice, program delivery and web strategy.Prior to joining the Association Resource Center Inc., he spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers playing a lead role in their measurement and market research practice.
