I am an experienced and successful Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary with a track record of driving strong growth, raising capital, leading operational change and implementing new systems and technologies. My career spans 16 years of CFO and Senior Executive roles with ASX listed companies and 18+ years in consulting, as well as senior private practice roles. Kina Petroleum Corporation (ASX:KPE) completed a re-domicile and listed with the ASX in 2019 while also negotiating Joint Venture and M&A deals. With Range International Limited (ASX:RAN) we successfully raised more than AU$70M in new capital funding for a start-up manufacturer and successfully completed an IPO, listing on the ASX with an initial market capitalisation of AU$150M and then establishing a new manufacturing plant in Indonesia and distribution through multinational subsidiaries in Asia and the rest of the world.Extensive experience in capital market transactions, including IPO activities, both local and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic restructuring and turnaround, and the management of distributed branch network organisations. My roles have given me invaluable multinational exposure to new developments in big data, ERP and technology across a range of industry sectors. As Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed company A.P. Eagers Ltd, I was instrumental in growing the company from $700 million to $2 billion in turnover. I was closely involved in formulating and executing strategic initiatives including acquisitions, benchmarking and profitability improvements, ERP implementations, the move to AIFRS, and system design and implementation.I have managed multiple ERP and big data projects which resulted in substantial gains for companies. For example, I directed the implementation of a new ERP system for an aged care operator, which reduced budgeting time from 6 months to 1 month. For a hospital services provider, I developed a system to manage their big data to improve compliance and eliminate $200K in annual write-offs.
