My mission is simple - to help people (and hence teams and organisations) discover that there is more to themselves and their life than they thought and to act on that discovery in order to be more fulfilled - that might mean enjoying life more, being more productive/effective at work, changing jobs...You will find me challenging and supportive, knowledgeable and open to learning, funny and businesslike, flexible and above all, centred on helping you achieve your aims via whatever means possible or inventable.I have coached on The Roads Academy programme (developing creative leadership in the roads industry) since it was initiated 5 years ago. Recent engagements delivering change and leadership development in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, South Africa and Singapore have been especially interesting and offered me some development of my own! In a prior 'life' I created and led Yorkshire Water's internal Change Agency which (in partnership with external consultants) was charged with and over-delivered on 17% reduction in operating costs whilst improving performance.I have developed and delivered a wide range of personal and organisational development interventions in the leadership and management arena working with all tiers and ages from 18 year old new entrants to the most senior level of leadership.Specialities: Process facilitation,Leader and manager development,Personal and Organisational change,Coaching,Communication skills,NLP,Water industry,
