My missions at Dior are multiple and various from Paid to Organic Search:- Defining the Search roadmaps and strategies on both paid and organic fields.- Contribution to hire local specialists around the world.- Hand in hand daily relations with markets to help them achieve their objectives.- Agencies pitch for markets on both SEA & SEO.- Launch of Search campaigns for new E-Commerce markets.- Working closely with IT and content teams to improve Dior.com rankings on search engines.- Creation of data sets and dashboards on Power BI to monitor and communicate about the worldwide search activity.- Test and learn on each new marketing format available.- Delivering reporting and analysis to markets and top management on: Animations, events, product launches, audiences, formats, all assisted by Search.- Creation of Google my Business account for all Dior Parfums Boutiques + Training to local teams aiming to run omnichannel campaigns.- Training around Acquisitions topics for local and central business partners - Following up on other performance marketing channels such as social, affiliation & retargeting.
