Leading the Engineering Department (Projects engineers, Product Designers/drafters, Sustaining engineers and technical authority) at the TDW manufacturing plant in Belgium providing ETO services for customers in the EMEA regions.• Develop and coach a team of talented engineers and product designers;• Ensure engineering projects and orders are processed efficiently and in close collaboration with other departments;• Ensure TDW products strictly respect the customer specifications and requests as well as the standards and norms of oil & gas highly regulated industry;• Implement the global engineering standards and corporate strategy within Belgian Engineering team.• Deploy a new CAO software (SolidWorks) for the product designers;• Define and implement an harmonized ETO (Engineering To Order) process with other TDW engineering teams (US, India) allowing to share and leverage resources across the globe.

Leading the Customer service (Inside sales and Orders fulfillment team) at the TDW manufacturing plant in Belgium serving customers in the EMEA regions. • Ensure the appropriate processing of quotations and orders and the smooth communication/collaboration with other departments, as well as with the regions;• Team leading - providing guidance and training to team members;• Increase customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers;• Develop and implement the strategic and operational plan for Customer Service/Internal Sales to be in line with corporate strategy (i.e.: implementation of a new ERP);• Constantly identify and eliminate waste in assigned processes;• Continuous process improvement to reduce lead time, improve OTD and reduce costs.(Started as supervisor, appointed as interim manager after 8 months in position, finally became manager)

In charge of continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology.• Improvement of the plant operational performance (after a new ERP implementation);• Supply chain, procurement, scheduling;• Change management skills;• Coaching of LSS Green Belt.

• Manage products design for TDW Services project;• Able to analyze complex customer and industry requirements and come up with an effective solution;• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing and quality to ensure requirements are fulfilled;• Provide technical supports to workshop and on-site teams.
