• Increase customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers;
• Develop and implement the strategic and operational plan for Customer Service/Internal Sales to be in line with corporate strategy (i.e.: implementation of a new ERP);
• Constantly identify and eliminate waste in assigned processes;

• In charge of continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology.
• Improvement of the plant operational performance (after a new ERP implementation);
• Supply chain, procurement, scheduling;

• Coaching of LSS Green Belt.

• Manage products design for TDW Services project;
• Able to analyze complex customer and industry requirements and come up with an effective solution;
