Responsible for managing product lifecycle for proprietary in vitro diagnostic rapid methods for the of detection of food-borne pathogens and quantification of indicator organisms. Developed and executed marketing programs for assigned products, achieved performance objectives for said products and directly supported sales process. Performed competitive analysis and developed appropriate product positioning to convey strengths, weaknesses, and advantages relevant to competition to the sales team.Assessed needs and priorities of customers through field visits, analysis of trade literature, organizing studies, and attending conferences and trade-shows.Served as technical expert and resource for sales team and customers for key technologies (ELISA, PCR, and lateral flow immunoassays), validation studies, product evaluations, and problem resolution.

Executed the design, development and commercialization of proprietary, manufactured products for the industrial microbiology industry.Created and managed cross-functional team for the development and launch of new products, derivatives and product improvements; decreasing time to market and reducing development costs.
