Through events like Buy Yorkshire, attended by 4,000-5,000 delegates annually, and Leeds Business Week, which attracted 20,000 attendances each year, I’ve worked to shape the North’s business ecosystem.I also lead iSource Group, a £10m turnover recruitment firm, delivering top-tier tech and transformation talent for clients across the UK and Europe.Beyond business, I’ve founded social initiatives like Skill Will, which has delivered over £1.5m in in-kind support to charities and social enterprises and Ho Ho Homeless, which supported 1,000 individuals annually with winter packages.
