Over my career, I've advised on the full life cycle of ETFs and unlisted funds (including establishing, structuring, promoting, operating, winding up and insolvency), funds M&A transactions (establishing fund structures and buying and selling fund assets), institutional mandates, capital markets, fintech, and regulatory advice.
