I am the Enterprise Architect in IT, and I lead the Center of Excellence in Architecture team who provide guidance, options, and strategy in Technology Capabilities and Solutions for Spirit AeroSystems Business. I also serve as the Executive Sponsor for Spirit's journey to the Cloud for Infrastructure, Applications, Services, and associated Governance. Recently, I added a Manufacturing Integration Services Team to my responsibilities, and they focus on Operational Technologies (OT) and the integration into IT systems. I have worked with Merger and Acquisition Teams to ensure a smooth transition for Business - focused enhancements where Technology is concerned. I am currently part of a large Acquisition, Divestiture, and Transition Team working on separating and aligning elements of Technology as the Business horizon rapidly changes. I have defined multi-year Digital Transformation, Business, and Capability Portfolio roadmaps which allow senior leadership to effectively prioritize the initiatives for business programs to achieve business goals. I collaborate with Global Security to align IT data and associated systems with ITAR and CMMC compliance efforts and have authored the Information Systems Maintenance Plan, IT Architecture Guidelines, and multiple Strategy documents for IT. I began my career with Spirit as a Manager for the Global IT Infrastructure Team for 18 months (about 1 and a half years) and enjoyed it well enough to transition to a Senior Management role in IT Enterprise Architecture.
