I am also a Chartered Professional, CP(Min), with the AusIMM.I will commence PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP)® study in July with an expected completion during 2015.My Core Skills include developing strategy through planning and prioritising. I also present skills in managing projects through innovation, collaboration and decision making. The Major Project Capital, that I have been responsible for, ranges from A$200M to A$500M.In the work I do, I see organisations and people struggle with three main issues:1. Lack of standardised processes with ineffective practices;2. In-ability, appetite and process to make clear decisions, and as a result:3. Low commitment of people.By providing my skill sets, values and attributes I am able to manage change in organisations and people to improve the value of their resources. The results are:-1.
