Gaynor retired from CBRE in April 2020 after 18 years where she was a Senior Director responsible for London Mid-town and Southbank Lease Advisory team. She now practices upon her own account.Gaynor is highly experienced (43 years) in contentious Landlord and Tenant arenas. As an experienced expert witness, arbitrator and independent expert she has a wealth of experience that is invaluable in resolving and minimising litigation risk. In the private sector, she works as dispute resolver across the renowned Harley Street Medical Precinct. She has acted on many of the “Houses”, consulting rooms and on most of private hospitals. She is an expert advisor to the NHS Litigation Authority.She is presently one of a few very senior arbitrators appointed to implement the Governments Covid-19 code of practice for commercial property owners and occupiers.She has written or been the lead author of numerous Practice Statements and Guidance Notes relevant to the Dispute Resolution Process.
