Tanqeeb Mining represents my own business, through which I aim to provide mining materials with quality, quantities, and reasonable prices to customers. With an emphasis on: -- Stability of the quality of raw materials by selecting the appropriate production mines and quarries and following up on production processes- Continuity of the flow of ore by securing transport operations from mines and quarries to different manufacturing places.

Duties are as follows:- Technical support- Purchasing of raw materials ( K-Feldspar, Na-feldspar, Silica Sand, Quartz, Kaolin, Bentonite, Barite, Calcium Carbonate, …)- Making prices comparison sheets (at least three quotations v/s budget).- Dealing and making contracts with suppliers/sub-contractors and always trying toSearch for new suppliers/sub-contractors in order to find the best prices.- Making procurement strategy plans to provide the materials to the factory on time.- Preparing the weekly/monthly procurement reports.- Quality inspection of raw materials.- The company's representative on quarries and mines suppliers.

Responsibilities include: - Analysis of raw materials; chemical analysis (XRF), Minerals analysis (XRD), physical analysis (Dilation and fusion), thermal analysis (TG, DTA), Particle size analysis (sedimentation and laser diffraction).- Executes a yearly x-ray certification program, providing calibration curves with standards. - Prepares records on all tests performed. - Performs preventative maintenance and calibrations on x-ray machine and schedules x- ray Technicians for repairs and maintenance to optimize run time. - Ensure the laboratory is equipped with all of the necessary supplies to complete required testing. - Purchase all routinely used items in the most cost-effective manner staying within the departmental budget. - Budget and coordinate equipment calibration, and service contracts. - Manage various document systems Prepare monthly & Weekly quality certificates. - Ensure attendance all required safety meetings.
