Spock Labs is developing an innovative AI-powered product placement solution.As Founder and CEO, I am devising new ways to apply our solutions to the in-video advertising industry.By addressing many of the challenges constraints of traditional live-action product placement, we want to provide potential advertisers with new inventory of in-video ads and increase more revenue to content IP owners worldwide.

CJ ENM is No.1 total entertainment group in Korea. In CJ ENM, I played the role of technology planning and startup investment.- In charge of open innovation programs for startups based on content technology such as AI and XR.- Formation of a fund for content tech startup investment(USD 13 million).- Launching of 360 degree live-action VR exhibition content planning/commercializing using IP of an animation "Shinbi Apartment".- Launching of the first metaverse event of Korean TV channel to commemorate the 15th anniversary of tvN, . Technical planning and execution.- Prototyping of interactive storytelling content(app) using IP of a TV series "Voice".- Prototyping of AI writing assistant web service using GPT-3 AI model. - Planning of AI background music replacement technology pipeline for video re-production and digital production.- Planning of a multiplayer game that can be played on 6-Dof VR devices such as meta quests using IP of a TV series "Uncanny Counters"

Smilegate OrangeFarm is a startup accelerator of one of the most competitive game companies in Korea Smilegate, which developed , .- I was in charge of acceleration program planning to foster content startups in the fields of IT service and mobile/PC game.- By interacting with 200 Alumni companies, I was able to see various cases of new business development and corporate growth, and above all, I have acquired the perspective of startup funding.

KOCCA(Korea Creavtive Content Agency) is the biggest government agency supporting the Korean cultural contents industry, which fosters the Korean contents industry by executing an annual budget of about 400 million dollars.In the fields of Music, Fashion, Comics, Animation, Character Licensing, Musical, and IT Services, I participated in international tradeshows, planned business conventions and acceleration events, and supported the scale-up of Korean content startups by using government grants. I worked on projects totaling $14 million over 5 years.I was able to quickly absorb knowledge from various content industries and have a wide network based on my experience in producing and immersing myself in literature and music contents since my university days.
