Servicing the Los Angeles Area since 2015, the density of our instruments and breadth of our portfolio in the area allowed me to quickly gained proficiency and build a deep knowledge base. I rose from SE1 to SE3 by demonstrating my competency in the field and through my roles as a Subject Matter Expert, Mentor to new Engineers and Trainees, and Flex Trainer of certain technical classes for new Engineers. Additionally, by using my clinical background and previous skills on the technical hotline, I assist other Engineers by providing remote support when needed.
