I have been working in the IT industry for about 30 years, acquiring broad experience with many different application platforms, from embedded systems and mainframe transaction systems to cognitive computing. As an IT Architect, I have successfully applied this experience to the design of the technical solution in many projects.Understanding the terms and challenges of the business has enabled me to communicate with clients at all levels, translating business strategy to IT solutions.Since 2014, my focus area has been natural language processing of German language medical texts, using Watson Explorer technology and open source UIMA tooling.
