The nature of the objectives of the Association dictates the placing of strong emphasis on Governmental Affairs in the management of the above responsibilities. Development, maintenance and utilization of contacts and networks with health policy opinion leaders and political decision-makers are key in the effective execution of the role. Functioning as an integral member of SFEE's management team, I co-operate with the Vice-Presidents of the Association, coordinating and supervising the committees and working groups of corporate representatives. I participate in the formation of SFEE's strategy & positions by collating primary data from the Association’s member companies as well as from external vendors. I monitor and analyse current legislative developments in healthcare policy, as well as develop (digital) materials and customer-specific argumentations.

Based in the Corporate HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark, reporting to the Global Senior Director Thrombosis, supervising directly 3 Global Medical Advisors, 8 Local Medical Advisors and indirectly 15 MSLs. Responsible for managing Medical Affairs within an integrated, cross-functional, Global Thrombosis team to set the direction and build synergies through trustful partnerships, curiosity and visibility. Highlights include, amongst others:• Developed a comprehensive clinical trial programme to realise the long-term strategy of the Franchise• Initiated, set-up and implemented a bi-annual global expert meeting to address the everyday clinical practice questions physicians face that the Global Guidelines leave unanswered• Initiated and set-up a global online CME program addressing the most critical topics within Thrombosis and Oncology

Based in the Regional Office for Latin America Middle East and Africa (LAMEA) in Athens, Greece, the managerial center supporting all LEO Pharma activities in 57 countries. Reporting to the Regional Patient Solutions and Regulatory Affairs Director and responsible for all therapeutic areas by, amongst others, providing scientific support to Marketing & Sales Departments and liaising with persons responsible for leading the therapeutic areas in order to provide input to global strategy. Also responsible for developing and/or implementing Pricing and Market Access strategy in the region. Additional responsibilities include Regional Pharmacovigilance Contact Person and Regional Marketing Compliance Officer.

Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for all therapeutic areas by, amongst others, providing scientific support to Marketing & Sales Departments and liaising with persons responsible for leading the therapeutic areas in order to provide input to global strategy. Also responsible for developing and/or implementing Pricing and Market Access strategy in the region.
