Within the next 20 years I want to head my own consulting firm. I want to bring likeminded people to the table to help better the economic situations of everyday Americans. I want my clientele to feel financially aware and secure of their current situations. Whether it be saving, investing, or opening and running small businesses; I want to be the gentleman who helps average people achieve the American Dream. My dreams will not just appear overnight. I need to take certain steps in order to reach my goal. Part of my goal is to be as well rounded as possible, which means I am more than willing to start from the bottom and work my way up the chain of command.It is important to me to know all the functions of a financial firm and how they operate so I can do my best to not only satisfy customer needs but to move the firm in the right direction. Once I begin to excel at a certain operations and start to ascend in positions, I will try to refine and better those operations and the training needed for those operations. I have many ideas and am always thinking of more convenient and efficient ways of operating businesses.Another big passion of mine is to promote the overall wellbeing and prosperity of immigrants. I, myself, am Mexican American; my heritage has a huge impact on me because my grandmother came here seeking better opportunities, so she could start a family. I know, today, immigrants still flee their countries seeking the opportunity to achieve the American dream. I want to work closely with and in immigrant communities to see how and where we can invest in these communities, to help current and future generations become more prosperous.
