Aside from the ACO service line and played a central role in the creation of master data services generating additional revenue. As a result of this master data service, we built capabilities for tracking metrics against the state’s quality benchmarks, which enabled us to meet the rigorous eligibility criteria for state funding. Another one of my contributions was lowering millions in annual operating costs for a client by driving growth in their First Call Resolution (FCR) rate, which eliminated unnecessary, time-consuming customer service calls and steered a team rightsizing initiative to further drive down costs.
